Notice Regarding Canada Mail

Due to the Canada Post strike, we fully expect delays in receiving your bills by conventional mail.  It is important to note that account payments are still required by their due date.

To stay on track and avoid late fees:

  • Sign up for pre-authorized payments by contacting our Billing Team at billing@truespeed.ca or (613) 865-7733 x3.
  • Ensure we have your correct email address to receive your bill electronically.  Need to update it or prefer a free @truespeed.ca email address?  Let us know, and we’ll assist you!

Payment Options:

  • In-person at our Brockville headquarters located at 803 Chelsea Street in Brockville
  • Email money transfer to billing@truespeed.ca.  Use the password “internet” with all letters in lowercase
  • Online banking: We’re registered with all major financial institutions
  • Pre-authorized payment
  • Cheque by courier

If you have trouble receiving email due to blacklisting issues, we have reliable workarounds available.  Contact us for support!
