Cable Internet

DSL / FTTN

  • Requires a compatible VDSL modem (not included).

Unlimited data means you will never receive an extra charge, a warning notice, or a speed reduction for the amount of data you use. All Truespeed plans include truly unlimited data, and we do not throttle connections during peak hours or at any other time.

The Cable 1 Gig plan includes a modem at no extra charge. Other cable plans require you to purchase ($60–$120) or rent ($8–$12/mo) a compatible modem through us. DSL plans require a VDSL modem. No service contracts. Month-to-month works for us! Truespeed residential internet plans carry no early-termination fees, no 12 or 24-month commitments, and no lock-in of any kind. Stay because you love the service.

Most cable and DSL installations take 1–2 hours. Our local Brockville technicians will book a time that works for you. Fibre and rural wireless installations require a site visit to mount equipment and typically take 2–4 hours. Most customers are scheduled and connected within the same week they sign up.

New cable customers pay a one-time $50 activation fee. DSL, Fibre, and Rural activations are priced individually, so contact us for details. There are no monthly account fees or hidden charges beyond your plan price +HST.
