We will be replacing faulty wireless backhaul equipment between the Truespeed Office (Site 0) and the Maitland Tower (Site 1) on Thursday, August 18th between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. We expect to have one to two disruptions in service within the maintenance window lasting approximately 20 minutes each. Only wireless clients (LTE and Legacy) east of Brockville connecting to and through Site 1 will be impacted by the maintenance.
The current equipment is responsible for slower speeds reported by a small number of clients east of Brockville as of Friday, August 12th. We expect replacing the impacting hardware will restore service back to optimal levels.
