Image Licence Inquiry
Last updated: January 2025
Truespeed Internet Services Inc. takes intellectual property rights seriously. This page is provided to assist copyright holders or their authorized representatives who believe that an image or other visual content appearing on the Truespeed website or in Truespeed materials may be subject to a licensing inquiry.
Our Use of Images
Images used on the Truespeed website and in our marketing materials are sourced through licensed stock photography services, created by our team, used with explicit permission, or fall within the public domain.
Our news section is the one exception, and we want to be plain about it. Where we link to a story published by someone else, we reproduce a small image from that story so you can see at a glance which article the link goes to. Those images belong to the publication, photographer or rights holder who created them. They are not owned or licensed by Truespeed, we credit and link to the original every time, and showing one is not a claim of endorsement by or affiliation with the source.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all visual content used is properly licensed. If you believe we have used an image without appropriate authorization, we want to hear from you so we can resolve the matter promptly.
How to Submit an Image Licence Inquiry
To submit a licence inquiry, please contact us in writing with the following information:
- Your full name and contact information (email and phone).
- Your relationship to the image or work in question (e.g., photographer, rights holder, agent).
- A description of the image or content you believe is unlicensed, including its location on the Truespeed website (URL or page name) and a link to or copy of the original work.
- The licence or rights you hold, and whether permission was sought.
- A good-faith statement that the information you are providing is accurate.
