Site Survey

We will likely perform a site survey prior to setting you up your Truespeed Fixed Wireless Internet service. We determine if you have access to our service and attempt to determine if additional equipment will be necessary. We will always start by attempting a ground level installation but as there can be countless items that can obstruct a signal between you and our broadcasting radio, we may need to add poles, a tripod or even a tower. Our staff will provide a quote before installing non-standard items.

While package speeds are listed as “up-to”, we endeavor to do much better than the other guys. Actual internet speeds may vary based on package, household / network traffic, wiring and other environmental conditions. Optimal speeds are based on optimal conditions.
